"𝐉𝐣𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐢 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐧 (𝐑𝐚𝐦-𝐝𝐨𝐧) 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦- 채끝살짜빠구리 🍑 recipe below ⤵️ —— Easy, succulent, savory 👩🏻🍳 🎥 The movie calls it “ram-don” in the subs but it’s actually not a ramen/udon hybrid but a mix of packaed #jjajangmyeon and a packaged ramen called #neuguri 🍝 🍜 𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 - 1 pkg jjapaghetti - 1 pkg neoguri (soup or stirfry) - 1 tbs oil - 1 tsp kosher Salt - 1 tbs mirin or wine - 1/2 tbs garlic - 1 tbs sugar - pepper - 8-10oz sirloin steak 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦 1. Bring 3.5 cups of water to boil. Add the noodles of both jappagetti and neoguri, and the dried flake seasonings 🍜 2. After 2-3 min, drain, rinse cold water.💦 3. Pat steak dry for krisp factor, sprinkle with about 1/2 tsp kosher salt each side. Pepper it up. Sear for about 1-2 min each side. Cut into cubes and continue to cook for about 3-4 min on med-high heat. Add garlic and sugar, mix around. Remove steak cubes from pan. Don’t clean out pan bc fond is precious 🥩 4. Deglaze w/ 1 tbs mirin. Add noodles. Add powder packet from jjapaghetti, powder packet from neoguri, oil from neoguri, but fk that oil from jjapaghetti bc we already have the grease from the steak. Mix until consistent. Fold in steak cubes. 🥩 5. Eat, check ur privilege ✓. Serve w daikon radish, scallion salad and kimchi. "
